Information Assurance Specialist II

📋 Description

• Maintain compliance docs for NIST 800-171r2, NIST SP 800-53r5, CMMC 2.0.
• Support the build-out of Vast's compliance program.
• Evaluate and recommend security technologies, tools, and practices.
• Support change management and risk assessment efforts.
• Monitor security systems for compliance drift.
• Provide Information Security training as required.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in compliance for the DoD DIB or space industry.
• Experience implementing NIST 800-53, 800-171, CSF.
• Experience with continuous monitoring and remediation.
• Experience with certification, gap, self-assessments, and audits.
• SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and vulnerability scanning proficiency.
• Proficient with AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
