Information Security Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage and triage the Information Security ticket queue, providing timely and effective technical support to SpaceX employees and stakeholders.
• Perform operational tasks required to keep security platforms and services reliable and available.
• Develop scripts and lightweight automation to streamline common technical support and operational processes.
• Document procedures, run books, and troubleshooting guides to improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with Security Engineers to investigate issues, implement improvements, and contribute to larger security projects.
• Support and maintain security services and tools, including hardware security keys (YubiKeys), SSH infrastructure, certificate management, and access control systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in cyber security/CS/engineering/IT or 2+ years info security.
• Experience with OS internals: Linux, Windows, or macOS.
• Experience with scripting: Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar.
• Experience with Linux systems administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience automating repetitive tasks and building internal tools.
• Understanding security principles (auth, access control, encryption) and malware analysis.
• Hands-on experience with YubiKeys, SSH, PKI, and related security concepts.
