Information Security Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage and triage the Information Security ticket queue, providing timely and effective technical
• Perform operational tasks required to keep security platforms and services reliable and available.
• Develop scripts and lightweight automation to streamline common technical support and operational
• Document procedures, run books, and troubleshooting guides to improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with Security Engineers to investigate issues, implement improvements, and contribute
• Support and maintain security services and tools, including hardware security keys (YubiKeys), SSH

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in cyber security, computer science, engineering, information technology, or
• Experience with operating system internals for Linux, Windows, or macOS platforms.
• Experience with scripting including, but not limited to Bash, Python, PowerShell, or other
