📋 Description

• Draft and negotiate complex tech agreements with enterprise customers.
• Lead security terms in deals and translate posture for customers.
• Partner with Sales, InfoSec, Product Eng to align goals.
• Advise on security and contractual risk with senior counsel.
• Develop deep knowledge of Rubrik’s platform for negotiations.
• Balance business needs with legal and compliance requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or equivalent preferred.
• 4–7 years in-house contract management or tech transactions.
• Experience negotiating enterprise software and cloud licensing.
• Security fluent: data security issues and standards such as NIST and ISO.
• Technical curiosity: interest in how tech works with agreements.
• Deal maker with ability to handle live customer negotiations.
