Information Security GRC Officer

📋 Description

• Lead the Information Security function and drive platform security.
• Partner with leadership to implement security policies and standards.
• Collaborate with security teams, Paystack, and customers to drive change.
• Own and manage portions of the security program; provide status updates to leadership.
• Identify control gaps and test the design of existing controls.
• Stay current with trends in information security and escalate issues promptly.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in information security governance, risk, and compliance (global, cloud preferred).
• Experience developing company-wide policies and standards.
• Experience implementing SCF, ISO27001, NIST CSF, and ISO22301.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to manage key customer relationships, including senior management.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive goals.
