Information Security Manager

📋 Description

• Lead security triage, assessing CVEs, vulnerabilities, and supply-chain risk.
• Run hands-on audits covering pen testing and vulnerability management.
• Own governance, risk and compliance frameworks, turning policy into controls.
• Automate security and GRC tasks to scale across the organisation.
• Build deep product and infrastructure knowledge; become the security go-to person.
• Maintain a strong technical background in cybersecurity or IT security management.

🎯 Requirements

• A technical background: Computer Science or Information Security, with practical security experience.
• CISSP or CISM (or equivalent depth of experience).
• Track record in incident management, governance, risk and controls with technical credibility.
• Ability to say policy isn't practical and justify technical requirements.
• A bias toward automating and simplifying security processes.
• Experience with vulnerability management, pen testing, or security tooling.
