Information Security Manager

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and operate the information security program for a healthcare org under PACE.
• Translate regulatory standards into pragmatic controls and governance.
• Deploy HIPAA-aligned security architecture across Microsoft 365 and Meraki WAN.
• Lead security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Oversee access controls, data protection, audits, and third‑party risk.
• Partner with IT, Compliance, Legal, Clinical, and Operations to embed security.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or Information Security, or equivalent.
• 7+ years in information security/cybersecurity with hands-on roles.
• Experience with HIPAA, NIST, and security governance; CISSP/CISM/CISA/Security+ preferred.
• Strong incident response, risk management, and audit leadership.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences; ability to influence.
• Must be able to travel up to 2 weeks per quarter.
