Information System Security Officer

📋 Description

• Design and implement secure OS, networks, and security tools.
• Perform vulnerability assessments using automated tools and container scanning.
• Conduct threat modeling; support incident response, forensics, and eDiscovery.
• Coordinate security action requests; report status to senior managers.
• Assist in implementing government policies (NISPOM, DCID 6/3) and tailor security requirements.
• Support ST&E activities for government accrediting authorities through testing and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in IT security and/or information assurance.
• Background in secure software development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• US Citizenship with active Secret clearance; IAT Level 2 certification (Sec+).
• Experience authoring and maintaining security documentation and accreditation artifacts.
• Experience working with customers to improve cyber security posture.
