Information Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Deploy and maintain endpoints (Windows/macOS/BYOD/mobile) per baselines.
• Run vulnerability management with CrowdStrike and Zscaler UVM; track remediation in Jira/ServiceNow.
• Monitor performance with ZDX/Omnissa; implement self-healing automation.
• Investigate endpoint issues and threats; document SOPs and runbooks.
• Contribute to platform upgrades, virtualization pilots, and tool rollouts with IT teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational AI/ML understanding; applying AI-driven solutions in your domain.
• 4+ years in enterprise EUC/endpoint management in cloud-first environments.
• Proficiency in Windows/macOS admin and UEM (CrowdStrike, Jamf, Microsoft Intune/MEM, Workspace ONE, ServiceNow).
• Proven record in vulnerability management, patching, and risk mitigation at enterprise scale.
• Strong diagnostic skills across device security, OS, network, and apps.
• Solid Zero Trust basics; strong stakeholder communication; on-call/on-site during incidents.
