Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)

📋 Description

• Support vulnerability, risk, network security, product evaluation, and remediation.
• Design/implement solutions to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Support analysis and remediation of cyber and insider threats.
• Evaluate Civil Division systems and assist security improvements.
• Design information system contingency plans to minimize operational impact.
• Assess cyber security levels and train personnel on proper protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• Work onsite in Washington, DC.
• B.S. in Information Technology or related field.
• 7+ years hands-on Information Assurance (C&A) experience.
• Experience as ISSO supporting federal information systems.
• Experience with ISO, NIST, US gov standards (FISMA, FIPS, HSPD) and ITS Publication 1075.
• Active CISSP certification and Top Secret clearance.
