Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) Support - Linux

📋 Description

• Maintain operational security posture and improve cybersecurity per AF guidelines.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity program; comply with COMSEC/COMPUSEC/TEMPEST.
• Ensure users complete cybersecurity training; report vulnerabilities; coordinate changes.
• Initiate protective or corrective measures during incidents; manage exceptions/waivers.
• Provide LAN/PC/cellular support; central network management and asset maintenance.
• Provide desktop purchasing and 24/7 on-call LAN support; respond within 2 hours.

🎯 Requirements

• TS/SCI on day 1
• One year of network admin experience on SuSE or Red Hat Linux
• Linux certification on day 1
• CompTIA Security+ certification on day 1
• Windows Desktop OS (Windows 10)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
