Information Technology Contract Recruiter

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment for complex IT and technology positions, Program Managers, AI
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry networks
• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand team structures, role requirements, and
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, evaluate candidate technical backgrounds, and
• Stay informed on IT hiring trends, talent availability, and competitive compensation packages to

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruitment experience (agency, in-house, or hybrid) with a
• Deep understanding of core IT skill sets, including network/systems engineering, cloud platforms
• Demonstrated proficiency using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced
• Preferred: AI & Machine Learning Recruiting Experience: Hands-on experience sourcing and hiring
