🎯 Requirements

Bring demonstrated technical understanding of a broad range of IT infrastructure environments.
Possess strong understanding of effective customer service.
Bring relevant technical knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office suite of products.
Possess experience troubleshooting and resolving desktop hardware faults.
Bring experience building laptops and knowledge of imaging processes.
Possess experience providing iOS and Android mobile support.
