Information Technology Platform Administrator II

📋 Description

• Independently perform system configuration and administration for assigned IT platforms.
• Support application ownership by contributing to system stability and improvements.
• Monitor system health and assist with platform upgrades across environments.
• Develop, maintain, and improve documentation for solution delivery.
• Recommend and implement best practices and SOPs.
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders to address platform needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of IT experience supporting enterprise apps/platforms.
• Intermediate understanding of IT systems, platforms, and data flows.
• Experience troubleshooting, documenting issues, and supporting environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-team collaboration.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
