Information Technology Specialist

📋 Description

• IT Asset Management: inventory and maintenance of hardware/software assets
• Procurement, vendor communications, inventory registration, and reimbursements
• Maintain office and R&D infra: network, Zoom, VPN, servers
• Provide user support for Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Groups, Calendar)
• Use asset management systems (e.g., JAMF)
• Support information security management and incident response

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; 2+ years relevant experience
• Network config/troubleshooting: Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, access control (plus)
• Automation tools or basic development skills (preferred)
• Strong English and Chinese communication skills
• Familiarity with Windows/macOS/Linux and office equipment
