Infra Engineer Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the design, operation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure supporting self-hosted
• Oversee cloud infrastructure across AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure
• Guide technical projects, establish engineering priorities, and mentor team members while
• Work directly with customers to facilitate infrastructure deployments, troubleshoot technical
• Collaborate with backend engineering, product, and R&D teams to support rapid feature

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or
• At least two years of demonstrated experience leading software engineering initiatives
• Practical experience working with at least two major cloud providers: AWS, GCP, or Azure, including
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security groups, identity and access management (IAM)
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to identify issues, take
• Full professional fluency in both Hebrew and English, with the ability to communicate effectively
