Infrastructure Architect

📋 Description

• Review the existing ITSC tiering assigned to services on the CBS inventory.
• Engage with internal business stakeholders and Arm's Length Bodies (ALBs) to confirm business
• Reconcile discrepancies between documented service tiering, Service Operations Guide (SOG) records
• Complete a structured gap analysis between current recorded ITSC tiering and confirmed business
• Document the agreed ITSC tiering requirements for each in-scope CBS service.
• Review existing technical architectures for in-scope CBS services and assess their alignment with

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in technical architecture, including reviewing existing architectures and developing
• Knowledge of IT Service Continuity (ITSC), service tiering, and business continuity and recovery
• Experience carrying out structured gap analyses and producing prioritised recommendations.
• Experience assessing service and support models against required service levels.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow.
• Experience engaging with business stakeholders, including Arm's Length Bodies.
