Infrastructure Engineer (Bridge Coordinator)

📋 Description

• Planning, scheduling, coordinating and communicating all elements of delivering site and non-site
• Communicating with all stakeholders including external clients, account managers and engineers to
• Coordinating and communicating the correct allocation of skilled staff within the time constraints
• Providing status reports on all active projects including any risks associated with completing
• Accurately reflecting engineers service calls in service delivery calendar and effectively
• Effectively communicate schedule changes to all relevant stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with infrastructure technologies: cabling, wireless, A/V systems, end-user devices, and
• IT project management background preferred
• 2+ years of experience in corporate IT and project coordination
• 2+ years of technical support in a global setting (preferred)
• Skilled in using ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing platforms
• Experienced in vendor coordination and remote issue resolution
