📋 Description

• Architect, optimize, and support cloud-based communication ecosystem as primary SME for NICE CXone
• Troubleshoot and expand highly complex routing scripts, build advanced workflows
• Design, develop, deploy advanced conversational AI (LLMs, web/chat bots, Agentic voice agents)
• Engineer and support real-time API integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, EPIC)
• Implement fraud protection and voice biometrics
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution for major incidents

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on NICE CXone, Salesforce, ServiceNow, EPIC integration expertise
• Extensive AI technologies: AI agents, LLM prompting, bots, Agentic voice
• Ability to refactor and expand complex scripts
• Fraud protection and voice biometrics experience
• Advanced problem-solving for major outages and tier-3 escalations
• Strong communication and mentorship skills
