Infrastructure Lead

📋 Description

• Lead design, maintenance, security, and reliability of MegaCorp's IT infrastructure.
• Manage infrastructure systems and oversee projects with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure networks, servers, cloud, and communications are secure and available.
• Drive cloud optimization, cost governance, and scalable tech solutions.
• Build and coach a high-performing infrastructure team.
• Prioritize projects and improve infrastructure resiliency and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in IT/CS or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, systems or network administration.
• Leadership or team lead experience in infrastructure.
• Experience with FinOps, Azure cost governance, and cloud monitoring.
• Designing highly available cloud infrastructure for modern apps.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
