Infrastructure Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a geographically distributed Infrastructure team across India, the UK, and APAC
• Manage priorities, resources, capacity, and delivery across infrastructure projects, operational
• Drive operational excellence across Azure, hybrid infrastructure, networking, storage, backup
• Lead critical infrastructure incident response, service recovery, root-cause analysis, and
• Ensure infrastructure services meet required quality, security, governance, reliability, and
• Support major technology transformation programmes, including cloud modernisation, data centre

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading Infrastructure, Cloud, Platform Engineering, or IT Operations teams
• Proven experience managing geographically distributed or remote teams across multiple locations and
• Strong background in infrastructure delivery, operational management, service reliability, and
• Demonstrated experience with resource planning, capacity management, risk management, dependency
• Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, capability
• Experience managing critical incidents, escalations, service recovery, and operational improvement
