Infrastructure Operations Administrator

📋 Description

• Systems optimization of core SaaS infra (Okta, Jira, Kandji)
• IT point of contact for business changes; design workflows
• Automate processes with Okta Workflows and APIs
• Infrastructure as Code for SaaS configurations
• Analyze logs and ticket trends for insights
• Enforce Zero Trust security and governance
• Evaluate SaaS products and manage vendor relationships

🎯 Requirements

• IT qualification or equivalent; 5–7 years in IT Operations or Systems Administration
• Current or in-progress hardware/software troubleshooting certification (A+, Network+)
• Deep expertise in Okta Lifecycle Management and Workflows and Jira Service Management
• Experience in corporate IT with DNS, SMTP, Firewalls/NAT, and Wi‑Fi
• Scripting ability in Python, Bash, or PowerShell and API usage
• macOS management at scale with Kandji or Jamf via automated deployment
• Experience turning high‑level business requests into technical project plans or automated workflows
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code principles
• Strong work ethic; able to work independently and in a team
