📋 Description

• Manage the team’s general workflow and assist in the implementation of Network Strategy
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of operational trackers
• Prioritize resource assignments for deployment and build projects
• Invoice review in Coupa and reconciliation with tracking data
• Monitor and report on Legal contract processing to ensure timely execution
• Ensure all Jira projects have owners and are tracked for completion

🎯 Requirements

• Know the difference between clean data and messy data, and have a deeply-rooted desire to organize
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Previous experience with multiple different vendor interface systems, and the ability to quickly
• A “get to Yes” attitude and the ability to work through problems coming up with workable and
• Proficiency in Coupa, Ironclad, JIRA, and Google Spreadsheets
