📋 Description

• Lead and own the Infrastructure team for AI systems.
• Manage bare-metal GPU clusters and internal services.
• Set technical direction and coach engineers.
• Drive reliability, incident response, and stack improvements.
• Build automation with Terraform and Ansible.
• Focus on OS, networking, observability, and disaster recovery.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Infra Team Lead or Senior Engineer with people leadership.
• Experience mentoring engineers and career development.
• Broad infra know-how for distributed systems: OS, networking, storage, containers.
• IaC and automation expertise: Terraform and Ansible.
• Comfort with Linux (Ubuntu) and bare-metal provisioning.
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence.
