Infrastructure Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Infrastructure Engineering team; set clear objectives.
• Own systems powering AI research and development, from hardware to internal services.
• Drive reliability, incident response, and continuous improvements across the stack.
• Manage vendor relationships with hardware vendors and MSPs.
• Build technical capability through 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and automation (Terraform, Ansible) to scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as Infrastructure Team Lead or Senior Engineer with people management and coaching.
• Strong hands-on experience with bare metal provisioning, PXE, and Linux.
• Experience with GPU clusters, hardware monitoring, networking, storage, and disaster recovery testing.
• Proficient with Terraform and Ansible; strong IaC and automation mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence and mentor engineers.
• Degree required; relevant infrastructure experience.
