Injection Molding Technician - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Install, commission, and validate intelligent molding equipment
• Optimize injection molding processes through parameter tuning and DOE
• Maintain operator instructions, critical parameters, and training materials
• Update service manuals, BOMs, drawings, and wiring schematics
• Recommend tooling and processes for production optimization
• Collaborate with design teams to define requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years in a manufacturing environment or skilled trade
• 3+ years plastic injection molding experience in production
• Experience with robotics and auxiliary equipment used with plastics molding
• Troubleshooting using Paulson or RJG processes
• Ability to interpret drawings and basic electrical/PLC concepts
