📋 Description

• Patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
• Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with 100% adherence to clinical trial
• Patient enrollment and retention activities are executed with focus and follow-through
• Perform intramuscular (IM) injections safely and accurately
• Clinical data is entered accurately and on time across various medical record systems and platforms
• Lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ of professional experience, ideally in a medical or clinical environment
• Active medical assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA) or nursing (VN, LPN, or RN) license (preferred)
• B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university (preferred)
• Professional experience in a patient-facing or healthcare position (preferred)
• Experience in an on-site, customer-facing role (preferred)
• Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
