📋 Description

• Lead workshops to boost collaboration and reveal high-impact Miro use cases
• Assess team workflows; offer targeted recommendations to boost productivity and alignment
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to align Miro's value with goals
• Guide teams through change initiatives for adoption and scalable governance
• Develop simple prototypes to demonstrate possibilities and inspire innovation
• Coach teams on Agile ways of working and integrate Agile principles daily

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in consulting, change management, Agile, or similar fields
• Hands-on with enterprise teams or fast-moving environments
• Strong facilitation for outcome-driven workshops
• Help organizations adopt new tools or improve collaboration
• Familiarity with Human-Centered Design, governance, or collaboration tools
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Miro
