Innovation Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Identify, research, and investigate new product and business opportunities
• Collaborate with R&D teams and formulators to understand scientific foundations and technical
• Design and conduct structured feasibility assessments
• Identify, evaluate, and manage external partners including suppliers and contract manufacturers
• Prepare RFQs and manage quotation and award process
• Translate research findings into business cases and go/no-go recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of project management experience, ideally in product development or innovation
• Experience in dietary supplement, nutraceutical, food and beverage, CPG, or pharmaceutical
• Extensive knowledge of R&D and formulation processes, manufacturing capabilities, and
• Strong understanding of ingredients and their technical applications in dietary supplements
• Hands-on experience with innovative delivery formats (liposomal, encapsulation, softgels, gummies
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities
