Innovation Product Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as thought partner to global law firms; diagnose pain points.
• Shape pilots and deployments end-to-end: discovery to rollout.
• Collaborate with innovation, legal ops, and CS to embed the platform.
• Translate user insights into product direction and roadmap.
• Demonstrate AI business impact across M&A, litigation, regulatory.
• Define the operating model of law with AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience at a top law firm or in-house legal team; innovation ops a plus.
• Familiarity with the legal tech ecosystem as employee/founder/advisor.
• Product-savvy; able to discuss generative AI, privacy, governance, rollout.
• Clear communication across partners, engineers, PMs, CIOs, and ops.
• Able to run multiple client engagements in parallel.
• Quality-focused with a bias for action; thrives on big shifts.
