Inpatient Telephonic Staff Pharmacist (Evenings / Overnight)

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality remote pharmacy services to hospital partners
• Remote order entry, medication order verification, drug verification
• Provide clinical pharmacy support and dosing adjustments
• Support IV fluids, TPN, narcotic/cardiac infusions, IV antibiotics, chemotherapy
• Offer clinical guidance for diverse patient populations
• Investigate medication variances and document interventions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Pennsylvania; other state licenses preferred
• Minimum 2 years inpatient hospital experience; overnight inpatient experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy, formulary, and P&T procedures
• Experience with hospital pharmacy systems and documentation; proficient with Microsoft
• Ability to work remotely with reliable broadband
