📋 Description

  • Identify, qualify and close a sales pipeline in MongoDB’s strategic accounts.
  • Drive product adoption and upsell within the accounts by engaging executives and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly quotas on NWLs, NARR, and PS.
  • Invest in development to build skills for long-term success.

🎯 Requirements

  • Min. 1 year B2B sales in a quota role or strategic account selling.
  • Experience selling complex SaaS and/or Cloud products/services.
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline and hitting sales targets.
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious; strong desire to succeed.
  • Articulate business value of complex enterprise tech in writing and speaking.
  • Passionate about growing in the database software market via ongoing sales/tech skills.
