Own team performance and pipeline health
Partner with Sales Operations to monitor lead flow and pipeline health in Salesforce
Build, onboard, and ramp new ISAs
Report results to leadership using Salesforce and Looker

🎯 Requirements

2+ years direct management of an inside sales team
Experience coaching reps via live call reviews or roleplay
Familiarity with Salesforce; Looker or phone systems a plus
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to leadership
