Inside Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Drive new annual and monthly recurring revenue across SMB accounts, outbound prospecting channels
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and discovery calls to product demonstrations
• Build and optimize repeatable prospecting sequences using cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and referral
• Connect with SMB CEOs, COOs, and other decision-makers to understand their challenges and
• Create and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook including outreach scripts, email cadences
• Demonstrate the sales model firsthand, then recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop BDRs and SDRs.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS inside sales or business development, with a proven
• At least 2–3 years of experience leading, mentoring, or coaching sales team members.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales process, from cold outreach and prospect
• Experience building outbound prospecting strategies, repeatable sales workflows, and sales teams
• Strong discovery, active listening, negotiation, objection handling, and relationship-building
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling virtual

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $75,000 per year.
