📋 Description

• Lead sales performance: Manage the team's conversion rates, production targets, and budget, aiming
• Coach and develop representatives: Provide hands-on coaching during live calls and video

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing an inside sales team, with demonstrated responsibility for
• Proven experience leading a remote team that conducts sales conversations by phone or video
• Strong understanding of needs-based selling, including diagnosing customer situations, building
• Experience managing sales processes where deals typically close during the first conversation or
• Proven track record of improving at least one meaningful team metric, such as conversion rate

🎁 Benefits

• $75,000 annual base salary, plus a team production bonus and an annual KPI-based bonus
• Estimated first-year on-target earnings of $135,000–$200,000 or more, depending on performance
