📋 Description

• Guide applicants through enrollment; call 50-60% of time on phone
• Email follow-up and chat with applicants
• Close sales and hit quarterly quotas; manage enrollment funnel
• Proactively improve enrollment processes with the team
• Handle confidential health information with discretion
• Become an expert on Whole Person Care and program features

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in sales or customer service
• Has previously managed a sales pipeline
• Experience with a CRM and customer data
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Preferred experience interacting with senior population
