Inside Sales Representative

📋 Description

• Prospect and onboard SMB retailers with Koalafi lease-to-own.
• Build and manage full pipeline from first contact to onboarding.
• Uncapped commission; more sales = more earnings.
• Own full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, close, onboard.
• High-volume outbound calls with inbound calls; Zoom as needed.
• Email-based comms during sales and onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of sales or customer contact experience.
• Competitive, driven, motivated, entrepreneurial.
• Active listener with the ability to engage.
• Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CRM experience preferred.
