Inside Sales Representative

📋 Description

• Outbound prospecting for 1,000+ employee employers
• Qualify inbound leads into SQLs and pipeline
• Build target account ICP and research decision makers
• Multi-channel outreach: phone, email, LinkedIn, events
• Handoff to Enterprise Sales with detailed notes
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Executives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Inside Sales/BD/SDR
• Expert in selling to large employers
• Healthcare industry experience required
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar method
• Proven lead generation and pipeline achievement
• Willingness to travel ~25% and work in the US
