📋 Description

• Serves as the laboratory's primary point of contact for client service and/or sales related
• Support the outside sales team by coordinating RFP submittal, managing contract documents, customer
• Identify new opportunities and customers and maintain order frequency through phone and email.
• Follow up with inbound leads daily and develop a working knowledge of accounts.
• Manage accounts through the entire sales process including quoting, taking orders, checking on
• Utilize CRM software with existing and future customers; maintain pertinent account details.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Chemistry, Sciences, Marketing, or related field (four years of experience may substitute
• 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write and speak in
