🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in inside sales or high-volume outbound roles.
• Experience working warm inbound leads preferred.
• Strong verbal English communication skills.
• CRM systems and dialing platforms familiarity.
• Ability to work remotely and EST hours.
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.
