📋 Description

• Communicate with existing customer accounts about Figma’s platform and pricing
• Close inbound sales requests for expanding subscription (Adding products and licenses to existing
• Manage inbound billing requests, such as processing renewals and changing payment term/method
• Close targeted outbound account renewals
• Qualify and handle inbound sales requests
• Collaborate closely with cross functional partners like Sales, Support, Billing, and Marketing

• Desire to build career in Sales - ultimately working towards Senior Inside Sales Rep and AE roles
• Proficient organizational and time-management abilities, and proven track record of prioritizing by
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new products, processes, and policies as we go
• Inherent curiosity and commitment to ongoing learning, adaptable and comfortable navigating
• Proven ability to initiate tasks independently and adapt swiftly to feedback
• B2B SaaS experience (added plus)
