📋 Description

• Use pro-focused, consultative selling to understand Pros' day-to-day.
• Handle the full sales cycle from booking to close.
• Drive new attachment of pros to increase usage and monthly revenue.
• Convey empathy to build trust with Pros and with our brand.
• Understand and adapt to our product and tech developments.
• Maintain daily activity metrics across calls and demos.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in a similar customer-facing sales or retention role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• CRM experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving skills, motivation, self-starting attitude.
• Experience using AI tools to improve quality and efficiency.
