Inside Sales Senior Manager - Americas

📋 Description

• Oversee AMS regional operations to hit New ARR and conversion targets.
• Lead regional strategy and cross-functional engagement (Sales/CS/Ops).
• Develop and coach 12 AEs and 1 Team Lead across Toronto and Mexico City.
• Own regional forecast; present performance, risks, and levers to leadership.
• Drive AI-first transformation; embed Claude and Gemini into workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years leading high-performing inside/ SMB sales teams with new logo ARR growth.
• Deep understanding of high-volume inside sales: prospecting, pipeline, conversion.
• Salesforce, cadence automation, and AI-powered sales tools experience.
• Develop and implement regional growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Fluency in English; Spanish/Portuguese a plus; proven cross-functional coaching.
