Inside Sales Specialist

📋 Description

• Drive new client acquisition through cold email, outbound prospecting, and targeted lead-generation
• Build and maintain qualified prospect lists using Smartlead, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Research target accounts and prospects to ensure leads align with defined ideal customer profiles
• Plan and execute targeted cold-email campaigns aligned with sales objectives and prospecting
• Monitor and optimize email deliverability, open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, and other
• Build and maintain a consistent top-of-funnel sales pipeline against agreed lead-generation targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B lead generation, outbound sales, sales development, or
• Hands-on experience with Smartlead, Clay, or comparable sales outreach and automation platforms.
• Proven experience building sales funnels and generating qualified top-of-funnel leads.
• Strong understanding of cold-email outreach, prospect research, lead qualification, and campaign
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, email-scraping tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of email deliverability and outbound campaign metrics, including bounce rates
