🎯 Requirements

• Achievement-oriented and commercial mindset
• Demonstrable experience in phone-based customer contact
• Motivated, proactive, resilient, and persistent
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (both verbal and written)
• Minimum MBO work and thinking level with relevant education and at least 2 years of commercial work
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required
