📋 Description

• Provide high-quality customer and sales support to assigned Account Managers throughout the order
• Serve as a day-to-day resource for account transactions, helping Account Managers maintain strong
• Support both new and existing customer accounts by helping resolve issues and ensuring a positive
• Proactively follow up on open orders and customer service issues to minimize problems and ensure
• Prepare, process, and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and customer
• Handle incoming calls and provide support during customer or Account Manager calls as needed.
