Inside Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Assist with marketing campaigns, including webinars and product demonstrations.
• Support lead qualification by validating technical environments and understanding business problems.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
• Participate in discovery and opportunity engagement by conducting background research, qualifying
• Articulate the business value of BeyondTrust solutions to prospects and customers.
• Demonstrate how BeyondTrust solutions address customer challenges and deliver on the value

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience, including help desk and/or technical support of applications, server
• Good understanding of common operating systems and network topologies.
• Familiarity with foundational security concepts and practices.
• Ability to assess technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a team-selling environment.
• Comfortable delivering presentations to audiences of varying sizes.
