📋 Description

• Analyze complex datasets from web analytics, customer journey analytics, and survey platforms
• Translate technical findings into clear, compelling narratives that connect analytical results to
• Develop test-and-learn plans based on analytical findings to help clients continuously improve
• Work closely with account teams and cross-functional stakeholders to tailor reports, insights, and
• Support client-facing teams by explaining analytical findings, answering technical questions, and
• Maintain high standards of data integrity, cleanliness, accuracy, and statistical validity.

🎯 Requirements

• Between 3 and 10 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, digital
• Previous experience working in a startup or growth-stage organization, with the ability to adapt to
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, subscription-based business models, and recurring customer
• Strong expertise in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, with in-depth knowledge of at least one
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, with the ability to create
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for data manipulation, analysis, reporting, and quality
