Insights Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze healthcare datasets to identify trends and insights for better outcomes.
• Partner with product/marketing/ops/engineering to develop analytical solutions.
• Design analytics methodologies using statistics, modeling, and ML to generate insights.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate metrics clearly.
• Promote data literacy and analytics-driven decision making across the org.
• Leverage emerging technologies and analytics best practices to improve insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s in Data Science, Statistics, CS, or Public Health; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years in data analytics/BI, including healthcare experience.
• 2+ years in an analyst role with exposure to healthcare data.
• SQL, Python, R, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) proficient.
• Experience analyzing healthcare claims data with clinical/operational/financial datasets.
• Experience with generative AI for data analysis, coding, and workflow automation.
