Insights & Analytics Strategist

📋 Description

• Operationalize Customer Analytics data; turn call/meeting data into actionable signals for agency
• Deliver client and account insight beyond finances: segmentation, health signals, and narratives
• Work embedded in agency workflows; translate adhoc requests into recurring, trustworthy analysis.
• Bridge to the governed semantic layer; extend trusted metric definitions with analyst insights.
• Prove ROI with concrete, attributable wins; help clients act on insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in analytics/insights roles; client-facing or agency/consulting preferred.
• Strong SQL and experience querying Snowflake or similar modern cloud warehouses.
• Experience turning unstructured data into structured, analyzable signal.
• Proven ability to work with non-technical stakeholders; shape questions and drive to action.
• Comfort with BI/reporting tools for client-facing/internal analysis.
• Excellent storytelling and written/verbal communication; able to land data points in leadership
